The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind is proud to host the 11th annual American Sign Language (ASL) and English Bilingual Early Childhood Education Consortium Summit
The theme for this Summit is: Creating a National Pineapple Chart
This is an opportunity for professionals to meet together, address the needs of the youngest members of the Deaf community, gain information, and bring home new ideas to try in the area of ASL and English Bilingual Education for children who are diverse Deaf/hard of hearing ages birth-eight.
The Summit will be in Jacksonville, Florida at the University of North Florida starting April 16 and concluding on April 18th, 2020.
A pre-conference will take place on April 16th, 8:00am-12:00pm. A separate registration and fee is required for attendance. The pre-conference is at Reggio Emilia Inspired: 100 Languages of Deaf Children
